Outline of Research at the Start

日本語教育人材のためのナラティブ・アプローチによるキャリア形成支援の効果と課題を理論的・実践的視座から検討し、実践ガイドを作成する。①各支援活動を通して被支援者のキャリア形成に対する意識や行動がどのように変化したか、②支援活動の形態・用いたナラティブの特徴・支援活動実施者の働きかけ・被支援者の属性や背景などが上記の変化にどのように影響したか、③複数の支援活動の比較からナラティブ・アプローチによるキャリア形成支援の効果と課題を包括的に明らかにする。その上でナラティブ・アプローチによる日本語教育人材のためのキャリア形成支援活動の方法を評価し、実践ガイドを作成する。
