Outline of Research at the Start

国境を越えてキャリア形成をする可能性の高い留学生には、日本人学生以上に、 <雇用や生き方の国際比較>や決断のための<内省スキル>を学んで実践する必要がある。申請者は過去の教育実践の中で、この 2 つを柱とする留学生向けキャリア教育を開発してきた。本研究は、そのプログラム評価のため、過去に履修した外国人社員（卒業生）グループおよび授業を受ける在校生グループに対する質問紙調査・インタビュー調査を行い、開発した教育内容がキャリア形成にとって有効かどうかを明らかにする。得られた結果は、教育内容に還元して改善後、一般教員向けワークショップにおいて公開し、新たなキャリア教育方法として提案する。
