Outline of Research at the Start

日本人の英語学習では、日本語と英語の音節構造などに多くの違いがあり、潤滑なコミュニケーション力の基礎となる英語のリズムやイントネーションが身につきにくい。これらを育成するための教材として幼児期英語教育や小学校英語教育では、歌・チャンツ・フォニックスを導入しているが、適切な教材の選定と体系的な指導方法がまだ確立されていない。よって、本研究では英語学習の基礎力を培う重要な時期である幼年期に英語のリズムやイントネーションを育成するために、ことばと音楽、体の動きを結びつけた子どものための音楽教育法である「オルフ・シュールベルク」の理念を取り入れた早期英語音声導入プログラムを開発する。
