Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、多様な文脈にある外国語教師の語りに着目し、専門的力量形成のプロセス及び教師の成長を支える要素の探究を目的とする。教師に求められる実践力が多様化する昨今、教員研修では効果的指導法に焦点を当てた一斉研修が一般的であり、個々の教師の内的要素に十分踏み込めていない現状がある。これらを背景に、本研究では外国語教師の語りから、(1)教師の授業理論構築の諸相をナラティブ・文体論・会話分析の視座から多角的に分析する。分析結果から、(2)文脈や立場によってその成長の様は異なるのかという問いを軸に教師の成長を考察する。さらに、(3)文脈に応じて教師の専門的力量形成を引き出す授業研究への示唆を目指す。
