Outline of Research at the Start

本研究課題では、TILT（Translation in Language Teaching）の理念のもと、学習者が言語内／言語間翻訳を含む仲介活動（Mediation；リテリング・要約タスク、字幕作成タスク、ピアスピーチ通訳タスク等）の遂行時に、どのような言語使用を行っているのかを、仲介方略の使用という点から記述する。仲介タスクの処理過程における学習者の気づきや学びを、タスクタイプの比較を通して詳細に記述することで、英語教育の中で仲介能力を育成するための指導法や評価法を論じる基盤的なデータを提供することを目指す。
