Outline of Research at the Start

近年、外国人は増加しており、国・地方行政レベルにおいて家族帯同を含めた外国人受入れ施策および日本語教育や多文化共生に関する施策が促進されている。しかし、定住者への包括的な支援を行うためにのリソースが不足する地域も見られる。そうした地域では、今後、新たなシステムを構築する必要があると考えられる。本研究では、外国にルーツのある高校生とその指導者、定住外国人を対象とし、ICTによる遠隔教育の手法を活用した新たな教育・研修プログラムおよびオンラインコミュニティシステムを開発し、それらの効果を検証する。また、台湾における新住民への取組みを参考にする。
