Outline of Research at the Start

本研究ではポルトガル語・スペイン語などの欧文史料、中国・琉球・朝鮮などの漢文史料、および和文史料の多国語的検討を進めるとともに、考古資料も参照して、「交易の時代」の東アジア海域における、人・商品・貨幣の移動の実態について検討を行う。さらにそれらの史料・研究文献の検討に基づき、15-17世紀の東アジア海域における人・商品・貨幣の移動を、大航海時代における世界規模の交易・航海の拡大とも連関して論じ、こうした人・商品・貨幣の移動が、中国・日本・朝鮮・琉球の社会経済・生活文化に及ぼした作用と影響についても考察を加える。
