Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は1930年代日本における法曹政治家・弁護士会の動向を、政治史を中心とする学際的視点から分析し、彼らが「司法」、「人権」の視点から何を守ろうとしたのか。その試みと挫折を明らかにすることである。①近年新たに利用可能となった法曹政治家の私文書、②ほとんど活用されてこなかった弁護士会の機関紙、③帝国議会議事録などを徹底的に調査して分析する。
