Outline of Research at the Start	陰陽道研究は近年のめざましい成果によって、古代から近代にいたる思想および信仰文化として、各時代において固有の特質や変容があったことが明らかになってきた。とはいえ時代や地域を横断する思想や信仰がいかなる変容を遂げながら、国家や民衆の間に受容されたのかについては、いまだ課題が残されたままである。とくに古代・中世から近世にかかる思想的・系譜的「連続」と「断絶」の実態についてはこれから明らかにしてゆくべき課題である。また、陰陽道の思想や技術が他の宗教にいかなる影響を与えていたかについても検討が求められる。本研究では「陰陽道的知」をキーワードに、時代的・地域的な展開や他宗教との関係について考察する。
