Outline of Research at the Start	「一番長いモンゴル帝国」となったジョチ・ウルス後裔政権で著された諸史料は、モンゴル時代およびポスト・モンゴル時代の「連続性」を考えるうえで貴重な情報を含んでいる。本研究ではこれらの史料の歴史叙述／歴史認識のあり方に焦点を絞り、ジョチ・ウルス後裔政権のジョチ・ウルス／モンゴル帝国に対する認識、モンゴル的伝統の保持（あるいは変容）、後裔政権間の相互認識について分析する。また、周辺諸勢力の史料がジョチ・ウルス後裔政権史料に与えた影響、それらのジョチ・ウルス後裔政権に対する認識についても考察する。そのうえで、ポスト・モンゴル時代を世界史のなかにいかに位置づけるかという問いに迫りたい。
