Outline of Research at the Start

翻訳書の流通状況を分析し、当局の出版統制や民族意識の醸成に関わる既存の研究成果とも統合して、ロシア帝国の情報伝達の複層的な構造を描出することが、申請者の研究の目的である。本研究は翻訳書という、原著者と原書刊行地から離れた出版物を対象とするために流通の行程を論じる点が、書物・読書史の研究として独自性と創造性を持つ。また、近代の出版を、ナショナリズム形成を前提とする分析枠組みから引き離し、国境を越えたフローの中に位置づけることで、ナショナル・インディファレンス論との接続を試みる。
