Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、フランス絶対王政下の統治構造の特徴である「社団的編成」が、理念的にも実態的にも行き詰まりを見せていた18世紀末の都市パリにおいて、その社団的編成そのものの解体を試みる王権側の政策の背景にあったであろう、あるべき社会や国制がいかなるものだったのか解明するものである。多様化し、流動化する18世紀末のパリにおいて、社団的編成に基づかない社会のあり方がいかに構想され、そのための技法は都市統治の現場においていかに生み出されたのか。本研究では、それらを1776年の宣誓同業組合廃止の試みから浮き彫りにすることを課題とし、絶対王政末期の政治社会の理解に新たな視座を提供することを目的とする。
