Outline of Research at the Start

漆芸品修復においてクリーニングは重要な過程の一つである。現状では重要文化財や国宝のクリーニングに使用する溶媒は水、エタノールのみであるが、近年では対応の難しい事例が増えている。他分野の文化財修復では、上記以外の溶媒や新規材料の利用により効果的なクリーニング結果が得られており、本研究では、それらの技術が漆芸品修復に応用できないか、修復技術者と協力して検証する。
