Outline of Research at the Start	クレジットカードに象徴される、社会的与信の上に成立する現在の金融（信用）資本主義だが、この負債に負債を重ねた資本主義そのものが内破（瓦解）しつつあるのが現状だと言える。対して、本稿が研究対象とするのはメキシコシティ「東部」（インフォーマルセクターの貧困層エリア）の人たちの、（中産階級以上からしてみれば）ガラクタや廃品を集めて、知恵や工夫で口に糊して生き延びる強靱な潜在能力である。これが地域コミュニティのレベルで、コロナ禍といったようなマクロな経済危機に見舞われた際に、その潜在性が発露するプロセスに焦点を当て、実証的に研究する。
