Outline of Research at the Start

台湾では、インドネシアをはじめとする東南アジア諸国からの外国人労働者が増加するなか、中華系ムスリムを中心としてきたムスリム・コミュニティが多民族化してきた。本研究では、台湾におけるムスリム・コミュニティの変化に焦点を当て、イスラーム復興に伴い、民族を越えた連帯が生み出されると同時に、諸エスニック・グループ間にエスニック・バウンダリーが立ち現れる、包摂性と排他性がせめぎ合う諸相を民族誌的に描き出す。そのうえで、グローバル化時代におけるエスニシティと宗教の関係性を明らかにする。
