Outline of Research at the Start	研究の中心は、ナポリ・フェデリコII世大学における2024年11月から2025年9月にかけての在外研究である。同大学のローマ法研究は現在世界をリードしているのみならず、ポンペイやヘルクラネウムといった古代ローマの生活様式をそのまま閉じ込めた遺跡が近隣に存在しているため、社会に密着したローマ法研究を行うのに最適と言える。とりわけこれまで未着手の「建国の伝説」「１２表法」「アウグストゥスの少子化対策立法」「奴隷の汚点」の４つの論点を中心に研究を進める。
