Outline of Research at the Start	企業間契約で構築されるグローバルなサプライチェーン（供給網）が引き起こす、労働や環境の公益的規制の失敗を、私人間の契約や関係する私人間の自主規制を通して実効的に是正すべく、EU法を手掛かりに、越境的に通用する私法強行規範（公序良俗等）であって、同時に、国際法や各国の規制法（公法）とも整合するような私法上の規範を探ろうとする研究である。
