Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、鎌倉幕府による御成敗式目を中心とした武家法と律令法の流れをくむ公家法や寺社内部の統制を行う寺院法がそれぞれ相補うことで中世の国家システムを維持していたという、中世国家の評価を前提として、中世法全体の内部構造について再検討を行う。具体的には、古代国家・古代法において重要な構成要素であった神祇祭祀の制度について、律令国家の流れを組む朝廷とともに、武士を中心とした鎌倉幕府、寺院組織の中に神社を位置づけた中世寺院が大きな力を持った中世国家・中世法における位置づけについて考察を行う。それにより、中世国家における法秩序はいかなるものであったかについて明らかにする。
