Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、宗教をとりまく社会環境が日本国憲法の制定当時から大きく変化していることを踏まえ、政教分離原則を再検討し、新たな政教分離原則の構想を示そうとするものである。その具体的な内容を要約すると、以下のようになる。
（１）そもそも政教分離原則が何のための原則なのか、その具体的な規範内容はなにかを明らかにすること。
（２）地域振興や観光政策として国・地方公共団体が宗教施設と協働する場合、どこまでであれば支援や協働が可能なのかを明らかにすること。
（３）宗教団体が政治家に対しロビイングを行うことなどは、どの範囲で許されるのかを明らかにすること。
