Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、2026年頃に主要国で中央銀行デジタル通貨（CBDC）が導入され、IMFが提供予定の国際取引共通基盤（IMFやG7, G20が基準整備の予定）上で、CBDCのクロスボーダー取引が活発化する事態に備えた法整備に着目し、従来あまり検討されてこなかったが重要な２つの法概念（①国内法上の「中央銀行の独立性」、②国際法上の通貨・通貨主権概念の明確化）の課題に焦点を当て、改善提案を試みるものである。
