Outline of Research at the Start

国際私法の観点から、原子力損害賠償についての国際裁判管轄、準拠法、外国判決の承認執行に関する問題を研究する。また、国際公法の観点から福島事故で損壊した原子炉や燃料に触れた水を多核種除去設備(ALPS)により処理し、これを海洋に放出することについての国際法上の問題、に処理水の放出によって海産物事業者が風評損害等を被った場合の国家責任の問題を研究する。
