Outline of Research at the Start	フリーランス等の個人事業主と発注者との取引適正化のための規制の在り方等に関して、経済法的諸観点、すなわち、欺瞞的勧誘規制・事業者間契約規制・AI規制・誤分類規制・団体交渉制度など、多方面から検討をし、個人事業主の取引環境適正化へ向けての全体像を示すことを目的とする。その目的達成のため、欧米を中心としたフリーランス保護制度、法運用やAI規制に加え、日本のフリーランス新法など、個人事業主の取引環境適正化のための諸政策を幅広く分析をし、最終的には、必要な法制度等について提案したい。
