Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、雇用政策において多用されている雇用保険制度について、雇用保険制度を取り巻く労働市場や社会経済情勢の変化を将来的に見通しつつ、失業保険制度に端を発する雇用保険制度の基本理念、趣旨・目的等を再検証し、比較法的検討を加えながら、「真に雇用保険制度が果たすべき役割とは何か」を探究し、あるべき制度像を提示することを試みるものである。
