Outline of Research at the Start

日本の労働法の移入法とする一方で日本が取り入れていないヨーロッパ型の法制度を導入するなどして発展しつつある韓国労働法の先進的取組みは，共通点の多い日本の労働法分野における社会課題の解決に意義があるものであるといえる。
本研究は，この意義を踏まえ，正規非正規雇用格差の解消，従業員代表の制度化，フリーランスの労働法上の保護等の課題に焦点を当て，日本法への示唆の理論的・立法論的考察を行い，あわせて日韓比較労働法研究の基盤を形成することを目的としている。
