Outline of Research at the Start

プラットフォーム事業者による新興企業から生じうる反競争効果を適切に判断することには困難が伴う。企業結合審査で非水平型企業結合の反競争効果を適切に判断する必要があるものの、反競争効果発生のメカニズムを解明することができていない。そこで、本研究では、非水平型企業結合による反競争効果の解明により、規制が不十分なプラットフォーム事業者による新興企業の買収の審査のあり方を検討する。
