Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、土地をはじめとする財産の利用・管理を、一方で促進し、他方で同時に統制するための法的枠組みを構築するために、物を何のために・どのような仕方で利用又は管理するのかを捕捉するための法的概念として、フランス法由来の「用法」（desitnation）概念に着目し、①「用法」は何によって定まるのか、という用法の決定要因・機序と、②「用法」は何を定めるのか、という用法の法規範的意義・機能とを探求する。
