Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、子どもの利益状況を左右するような裁判手続、とりわけ執行手続のあり方を研究対象とする。裁判手続における子どもの処遇は近年とくにその重要性が認識され、国内外で研究と実践が進んでいるところであるが、本研究はそれらの蓄積を踏まえつつ、最新の法改正に対応する理論の構築、あるいはさらなる法改正に向けた理論的基礎を提供する。
