Outline of Research at the Start	本申請にかかる研究は、「民事又は商事に関する外国判決の承認及び執行に関する条約」（2019年7月2日ハーグ国際私法会議で採択され、2023年9月1日に発効。以下ではハーグ判決条約とする）の比較法的検討を、日本の民事訴訟法、ドイツ民事訴訟法およびブリュッセル（Ⅰa）規則、さらにはコモンロー諸国における民事訴訟との比較をもとに行うものである。
