Outline of Research at the Start	保険法は従来から存在する保険商品を念頭に規制を置いている。例えば、被保険者のリスク情報は保険契約者・被保険者に偏在するという情報の非対称性を念頭に、告知義務・通知義務規制を整備している。しかし、InsurTechを活用した新しい保険商品は、保険者が収集・分析・利活用するため、被保険者のリスク情報はむしろ保険者に偏在する事態も起こり得、法規制と現実の保険商品との乖離が顕著である。本研究は、健康増進型保険など新しい生命保険・傷害疾病保険商品の分析・検討、保険法規制の沿革研究、国際的な理論動向の分析・検討を通じて、今後必要となる保険法改正に備えようとする、保険法学・保険学の融合分野の研究である。
