Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、個人データに関連して、個人情報保護法と消費者法がどのように交錯し、協働できるのかを対象とする。個人データの主体は、プライバシー等との関連では、個人情報保護法によって個人データを保護される。他方で、個人データは、金銭を支払う代わりに個人データを提供するという形で、対価として位置づけられることがある。また、消費者は、事業者による個人データのデジタルでの収集に基づいたプロファイリングによって、ターゲティング広告、消費者の意思決定を不当に歪める技術的手段の使用、価格の個別設定の対象となり、消費者法による手当てが重要となる。そこで、進展が著しいEU法を比較法的な考察の対象として分析する。
