Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、犯罪被害者支援に注力している弁護士による被害者支援活動の実像を面接調査を実施して実証的に探究するとともに、その抱えている課題を法社会学的及び刑事法的な観点から検討する。探究すべき課題は、次の３点に要約できる。（１）被害者支援を精力的に行っている弁護士の属性及び被害者支援に注力する理由、（２）被害者支援を精力的に行っている弁護士が行っている被害者支援業務の内容、（３）現実の被害者支援活動が抱える実務上の課題及びその法社会学的・刑事訴訟法的検討、である。
