Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、日韓請求権協定の現代的課題を解決するために、政治学（日韓関係史・韓国政治学）と法学（国際法学）の協働を通じて多面的な分析を行う。特に、日韓請求権協定の分析に関しては、日韓関係史、条約起草過程、現代条約解釈手法、国際紛争解決手法、国内世論形成、歴史認識問題など、論点が多岐にわたることから、学際的アプローチに基づいた共同研究を行う。
