Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は政治スキャンダルを体系的に研究するものである。1955年から今日に至るまでの閣僚スキャンダルついて、様々資料を利用して、長期的・体系的にデータを収集する。閣僚不祥事データセットの構築と分析と通じて、自民党首班内閣における閣僚不祥事の数や内容の変遷、マスメディアの報道における形式及び内容についての時代ごとの特徴、そして、それらの不祥事が世論に与える影響について検証する。
