Outline of Research at the Start

フレンドショアリングやデカップリングによる国際経済ネットワークの変化は、国家のパワーにどのように影響するのか。本研究は、サプライチェーンのように何カ国も経由した先からの間接的影響が強い現代の状況を想定し、かつ、国際政治学で考えるような相対の交渉力から計算したパワーの指標を作成する。具体的には、敏感性、脆弱性、パノプティコン性、チョークポイント性に基づく4つのパワーを定式化し、特定のリンクの切断が諸国の4つのパワーをどう変化させるのか計算可能なモデルを作成する計画である。国内外の研究者及び政策担当者のコメントを受けこのモデルを改善し、事例研究を通じて政策評価と政策立案に役立つ枠組に昇華させたい。
