Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では，対テロ政策を政治的，法的，軍事的アプリローチに分類した上で包括的な対テロ政策に関するデータベースを構築し，従来よりもより厳密な政策効果の検証を行う。本研究結果は，これまで経験的・時宜的に行われてきた対テロ政策を体系的に把握することに繋がり，また対テロ政策の戦略立案の段階から多様な戦略の効果を前提とした攻撃方策の策定が期待でき，政治的・社会的インパクトが大きい。
