Outline of Research at the Start	ある一定の規模の公共財を供給するか否かを決める公共プロジェクトの実施問題について、ピボタル・メカニズムと自発的支払メカニズムの比較を行う。また、公共財の連続的な供給水準を決める問題に関しては、リンダール・メカニズムと自発的支払メカニズムの比較を行う。配分のパレート効率性、個人合理性、公共財供給の最適性等が実験で達成される割合を基準として、どちらのメカニズムが優れているかを分析する。さらに、メカニズムへの参加が自由で、参加メンバーの選択決定プロセスが存在するケースについても、これらのメカニズムの比較を行い、実験結果を踏まえて、公共財供給の制度設計の理論を再構築する。
