Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では「組織内で構成員をどのように構成するのが効率的情報伝達の面で最も望ましいか」を考察する。具体的には、戦略的情報伝達モデルを用いて、組織における効率的情報伝達の問題を、特に組織構成の観点から理論的に明らかにすることを目的とする。特に、上司は部下のバイアスの方向性は知っているが、バイアスの大きさは知らない、という仮定を置くことによって、従来の結論とは異なった理論的可能性を探求する。また組織内の情報伝達に対して代替的／補完的に作用する組織的意匠や集団特有の心理学的要素を考慮した分析を行う。そして、これらの分析結果を実証可能な命題にまとめ、将来の実証研究への橋渡しとなることを企図する。
