Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、日本の酪農業はどのようにすれば生産性の向上を実現し、国際競争力を備えた産業に成長することができるのか、実証分析に基づく検証を行い、政策的示唆を導き出す。本研究では、農林水産省から提供を受ける『牛乳生産費統計』の個票データを用いた実証研究を行うことで、現在日本の酪農業が直面している課題を明らかにする。また生乳および酪農製品の安定供給の実現に必要となる酪農政策や制度変更の方向性について提言を行う。
