Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は，国際ハブ空港に焦点を当て，非航空系事業が料金政策，滑走路投資および自己資金調達に与える影響を明らかにし，有用な国際航空・空港政策を提案することにある。研究課題の核心をなす学術的問１（果たして空港がどうのように「フライトベース」と「旅客ベース」料金を課すべきか）と問２（空港の非航空系事業が空港の料金政策・投資政策，また政府規制の在り方にどのような影響を与えるか）を踏まえて，本研究の概要は3つの計画からなる。計画Ⅰは空港運営・投資費用が回収できる複数の料金政策を分析する。計画Ⅱは非航空事業の収益が空港料金と滑走路投資に与える影響を分析する。計画Ⅲは競争的国際ハブ空港に焦点を当てる。
