Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、厳しい財政状況にもかかわらず、今までのところ、わが国では財政破綻が回避されてきたことに、低金利がどの程度寄与してきたのか、そもそも低金利をもたらした構造的な要因にまで遡って、分析を行う。そのうえで、そうした低金利環境が変わりつつある中、今後も財政を維持し続けることができるかどうか、様々な不確実性を考慮に入れた確率シミュレーションを行い、政策含意を得る。
