Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、近年その内容や性格の多様化が進む地域貿易協定（RTA）における労働規定とその効果について、RTAに含まれる労働規定の内容や性格の差異によるRTA締約国の労働条件への効果の違い、労働規定を含むRTAの域内および域外貿易に対する影響、RTA労働規定の多様化パターンとそれをもたらす要因、の３テーマに焦点を当て、既存研究において未解明の課題について実証分析を通じて明らかにすることを目指すものである。
