Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は「企業の輸出と国際貿易」のこれまでの研究において見落とされがちであった2つの重要な問題「戦略的相互依存関係下の企業の輸出行動と厚生上の帰結」および「企業間技術格差が最適関税率に与える影響」について理論的に分析し、明瞭な政策上の含意を得ることを目的としている。輸送・通信費用の低下や経済統合の進展によりグローバル化が進行している現代において、人口減少で国内市場規模が縮小しつつある我が国では、企業の越境的な活動や国際貿易の果たす役割が一層重要になると思われる。本研究の遂行により、国際貿易を促進し、産業発展や国内厚生の増大をもたらすための政策立案について、新たな知見を得ることが期待できる。
