Outline of Research at the Start

第1に，被保護世帯の消費ニーズを表す「生活保護基準」を評価する．生活保護基準額は世帯の規模や構成によって調整されるが，ここでの課題は生活保護基準が本来依拠すべき生活費の動きを反映できているかを検証することである．
第2に，生活保護基準が被保護者の消費と就労に与える影響を検討する．＜消費＞については，被保護世帯のデータを用いて需要体系や消費関数を推定する．一方の＜就労＞については，以前からの研究では分析できていなかったコロナ禍における被保護者の就業行動を分析する．
