Outline of Research at the Start	世界中でブロックチェーンを基盤技術としたスマートコントラクトと呼ばれる新しい取引環境における法整備が議論され始めており、この議論のために必要な、法と経済学的な枠組みの構築は喫緊の課題である。ブロックチェーンで生成される所有権の取得・移転の流列とパレート効率的な資源配分の関係を分析し、社会的に望ましい財産権が設定可能なアルゴリズムに関する法規制について、具体的な法政策的な提言を導く。
