Outline of Research at the Start

就労を希望する女性にとって、妊娠・出産後の就業継続やキャリア形成には、様々な障壁があり、その一つとして子どもの障害や疾患などの健康問題があげられる。本研究は、同一客体を長期間にわたって追跡する縦断調査の個票データと統計学的手法を用いて、因果関係の識別に配慮しながら、子どもの健康問題が父親・母親の労働供給に与える影響を計測する。
