Outline of Research at the Start	日本の政府部門では普通国債残高が対GDP比で180%に達するまで累増する一方で，その過半を中央銀行が保有するという未曾有の財務状況が形成され，財政の維持可能性，中央銀行の独立性，金融システムの不安定性などが論争の的になっている．財政当局と中央銀行が密接に関連付いた財務状況を分析するには，「統合政府」という，両者のバランスシートを統合した仮想的な政府の想定が有力である．本研究では，統合政府という考え方の基礎となる財政当局と中央銀行の行動様式についてゲーム理論を応用した理論分析を展開し，また統合政府を前提にした物価水準の決定や公債の負担，公債累増のメカニズムを政治経済学の視点から検討する．
