Outline of Research at the Start	企業金融の分野では、「株主価値最大化」を企業目的として掲げることが主流である。これに対し、本研究では、株主価値最大化を目的とする報酬体系のもとで経営者が「リスク削減機会」を意図的に狭める誘因を持ち、結果として株主価値が毀損され得ることを理論的に導く。さらに、このようなモラルハザードを抑制するためには、報酬体系に対する株主のコミットメントが必要であることを示し、その観点から新たな報酬体系を提案する。
