Outline of Research at the Start	1980年代末の日本の平成バブルは、その崩壊によりさまざまな問題を日本経済にもたらした。特に90年代後半には、バブル崩壊によってもたらされた不良債権により、多くの金融機関が経営難に直面し、銀行の統廃合が急速に進んだ。また、企業側では、90年代および2000年初めごろの労働市場の規制緩和に後押しされ、非正規社員の雇用を進め、人件費を節約する動きが目立った。本研究では、これらの二つの現象の間にどのような因果関係があるのかを、企業と銀行の間の融資の情報や、個別企業の財務データを活用して検証する。
