Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、精密機械工業による産業振興と地域再生を企業理念として創業したT社およびその協力企業群を分析対象とし、1980年代後半から90年代前半にかけてT社が経営危機に陥ったのを契機として、(1)危機克服の原動力となる組織革新能力がどのように形成されたのか、(2)さらに協力企業内にも同様な組織能力がどのように浸透していったのかについて明らかにするとともに、(3)T社と協力企業が連携する形で地域内に新たな産業を創出する取り組みとコロナ禍における変質過程について経済・経営史の視点から検討する。
