Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、1951年に実施された京浜工業地帯調査(以下京浜調査)の結果に、参加した64社の企業データと組み合わせて分析することで，「1951年の京浜工業地帯においては，どのような企業がどのような労働者にどのようにして賃金を決めていたのか」という問いについて検討する。具体的には，労働者の個人属性(学歴，勤続年数，家族構成など)だけでなく，勤務先企業の属性(生産性，産業など)が賃金の決定にどのような影響を与えていたのか明らかにする。
